I expressed were both 65 and he could trust we’re not up at this time watching TV. I asked on-shift manager to have our player cards checked - not interested. I explained we spent most of our time in casino and didn’t use the TV much in the room.
The Harrah ship sank at checkout when I found $23 charge for a pay-4-view movie that was supposedly watched at 2:41am. We found slot machines to be very tight (although we did witness one patron hit a jackpot for over $24k, but she was betting $7.50 per spin which is not the norm for most). Yes, I was very surprised when Checkout clerk told me I owed $36.48. After standing there 10-12 minutes with no one receiving service, we decided to just go to the cooler and grab a couple of pre-made ham sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a fountain drink.
We gave up on Johnny Rockets because the two workers behind counter were busy and decided to not acknowledge the long line that was forming. On the night of arrival we chose to use Casino Food Court because it was after 8:30pm. Like most every business, they’re still struggling to find enough labor which makes availability of restaurant choices & service lack luster at best. Found the resort / casino to be excessively expensive.
